Rule 71
Provisions relating to dates
(1) Civil Code No. 194 of Court Arrangements. Except in the case of the appellant and the respondent in the case appealed to the court, the date will not be kept.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), if any party to the case who is not required to stay on the date makes an application to stay on the date, it will be kept on the date.
(3) According to sub-rule (2), even if any of the parties on the date pass the date, the proceedings of the case will not be affected.
(4) According to sub-rule (2), if the date passes, the party who is on the date can stay on the date again by submitting an application in any case.
